Home Watch & Estate Management Services
Coastal Estate Management provides visual property inspections, estate management services, vendor coordination, storm preparation assistance, and property concierge services.
Our services are intended to identify visible and observable conditions during scheduled visits. We are not licensed home inspectors, engineers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, or other specialized professionals unless specifically stated.
Our services do not guarantee the prevention of property damage, theft, equipment failure, weather-related damage, or other unforeseen events.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Estate Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate homeowner's insurance, flood insurance, windstorm coverage, and any other applicable insurance policies.

At a client's request, Coastal Estate Management may coordinate or communicate with third-party vendors and contractors.
